Achievements: 

Rock Climbing: Has been doing rock climbing since last 25 years. Has conducted rock climbing courses for Girivihar.  

Mountaineering: He was climbing doctor for the First Indian Civilian Expedition to any mountain above 8000 meters. He has reached to the height of 23000 feet plus, on Mt. Kangchenjunga; the world’s 3 rd highest peak in 1988.

He was the organising committee member of the Everest Expedition in 1997.

He has done extensive trekking in Western Ghats. He has done extensive trekking in Himalayas from Kashmir to Sikkim and has reached the summit of 3 Himalayan peaks.   
 

Hockey: He has played hockey as a forward for Mumbai University. Has played hockey for Grant Medical Collage.

First Aid Training: He has written a book on mountain first aid and rescue. He has been conducting work shops on mountain rescue and mountain first aid for last 17 years. Has been imparting training on safety aspects and rescue techniques to various climbing clubs & other bodies.  
 

Facilitator to OMDP programs at various levels including Top Management. 

Partner in 'Hard Knocks' and ‘Hills and Trails’. These are the outfits in adventure holidays and Outdoor Management Development programs.
