It can be cognitive (i.e. the acquisition of facts), physical (i.e. technical skill development), or affective (i.e. emotional and social development). Affective learning has two interactive products : development of individuals through improved intrapersonal relationship ( emotional development) and development of groups through enhanced interpersonal relationships.
